Welcome to Prudont Immigrations. By accessing our website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“The Client”) and Prudont Immigrations (“The Company”).

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Prudont Immigrations provides professional consultancy for global immigration programs (Study, Work, PR, and Business Visas).

  • Advisory Only: Our services are strictly limited to providing advice, documentation assistance, and application filing.

  • No Guarantee of Success: The final authority to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective Government Immigration Department (e.g., IRCC, USCIS). Prudont Immigrations does not guarantee a positive outcome.

2. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION & WHATSAPP POLICY (META COMPLIANCE)

To ensure timely updates, we utilize the WhatsApp Business API. By providing your contact details, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Express Consent: You explicitly authorize Prudont Immigrations to contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email for both Transactional (application status, invoices) and Promotional (visa news, offers) purposes.

  • Automated Processing: You acknowledge that some communications may be initiated via automated systems (chatbots) or pre-approved Meta message templates.

  • Opt-Out Mechanism: You may revoke this consent at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp. We will process all opt-out requests within 24 hours.

  • Security: You are responsible for the security of your own device. Prudont Immigrations is not liable for data leaks occurring due to unauthorized access to your personal WhatsApp account.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & DATA ACCURACY

  • Truthfulness: The Client must provide 100% genuine and accurate documents. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered documents will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

  • Deadline Adherence: The Company is not responsible for application rejections caused by the Client’s delay in providing requested documents or information.

  • Change in Circumstances: The Client must notify the Company within 7 days of any change in personal status (e.g., marriage, birth, job change, or criminal record) that may affect the visa application.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

  • Service Fees: All consultancy fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once work on the file (evaluation or documentation) has commenced.

  • Rejection Refunds: No refund shall be issued if a visa is rejected due to:

    1. Failure of medical exams.

    2. Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

    3. Failure to prove sufficient settlement funds.

    4. Previous immigration violations or non-disclosure of material facts.

  • Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to embassies, assessment bodies, or courier services are beyond our control and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Platform Interruptions: Prudont Immigrations utilizes third-party platforms (Meta, Google, HubSpot). We are not liable for communication delays or data loss caused by technical failures on these platforms.

  • Policy Changes: Immigration laws are subject to sudden change by foreign governments. We are not liable for applications that become ineligible due to retroactive law changes.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to terminate our service agreement if:

  • The Client behaves abusively toward staff.

  • The Client attempts to malign the Company’s reputation on public platforms without following the formal grievance process.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara.
