Socio-Economic Data: Educational qualifications (transcripts/degrees), employment history (experience letters/salary slips), and financial records (bank statements/tax returns) required by immigration authorities.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and location data collected via cookies when you visit our website.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We process your data only for the following “Legal Bases”:
Contractual Necessity: To evaluate your eligibility for visa programs (Express Entry, PNP, Student Visas, etc.) and file applications on your behalf.
Consent: To send you updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
Legal Obligation: To comply with government audits or anti-fraud regulations.
3. WHATSAPP & DIGITAL COMMUNICATION (META API COMPLIANCE)
To ensure we meet Meta’s Business Policy, we adhere to the following:
Explicit Opt-in: We do not send unsolicited messages. You only receive WhatsApp communications if you have checked an affirmative box on our website, clicked our “Chat with Us” button, or signed a physical consent form.
Transaction vs. Promotion: * Transactional: We use WhatsApp for real-time application status, document reminders, and appointment links.
Promotional: With your explicit consent, we send newsletters regarding new immigration laws, draw results, or service offers.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
Security: We use enterprise-grade SSL encryption and restricted access controls. Only authorized case managers can access your documents.
Retention: We retain data as long as your file is active. Following the conclusion of your case, we archive data for 5-7 years as required by immigration law for audit purposes, after which it is securely purged.
6. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS (DPDP ACT)
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

Correction: Correct any inaccurate details.
Erasure: Request deletion of data (subject to legal retention requirements).
